  The best experience I have ever had shopping for and purchasing automobile insurance! The broker, Paul Billardello treated me like family. From start to finish; Paul was caring and patient, very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my needs. The effort that Paul put into researching the very best and cost effective plan for me was admirable. My experience ended with Paul's sister Gayle who was equally helpful and efficient. I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied with this insurance agency and have absolutely no doubt that I have the very best plan available for my needs. I will be contacting them again in the near future regarding life insurance. I will be a patron of this agency for a long time to come.

  Great "User Friendly" staff. I have been with them for over 17 years. They always take my calls, always get a person, not a machine, and they always answer my questions immediately or at the very least within 24 hours. I hate insurance, but they make it as pain free as possible!
